Yes, contrary to popular belief they do exist!! I learned about them today on the television!
The Blue-Tongue Skank originates in Australia, and is most active during the day. Which is strange, I thought Skanks preyed on their victims in the wee hours of the night. I mean I can't judge a Skank on the time of day when they are most active, but it'd only make sense.
I also didn't know that a Skanks diet is comprised of mostly greens, carrots, strawberries, blueberries, and cat food... apparently the cat food is for protein.... I think they get their protein from different sources, but that is neither here nor there.
I also learned that Skanks are very friendly! But not toward other Skanks, only those of a different species. I even learned that there are baby Skanks! Don't get too excited the baby Skanks are NOT adorable as one might think a baby Skank should be.
Of course I'm talking about a lizard, but I think I might start referring to a Skank has a Blue-Tongue Skank just for s&g's.
On another note it's rainy and I'm tired, and I just want to lay in my bed watch Sex and The City like the good little spinster I am.
